About us
The road to the creation of Procamp mini-caravans was and still is as adventurous and winding as the journeys to discover different corners of the world.
Everyone has something in their DNA that is the love of their life. In our veins runs the desire for adventure, being in nature, the desire to lie under the open sky, discover the beauty of the world and count the stars in the sky in the evening. All this is connected with the mini-caravan also known in the world as a teardrop trailer. Especially with it you will experience a feeling of freedom, when you can go anywhere, stop anywhere and nothing limits you.
History
The history of our project began in 2001 in the city of Prešov, with the production of residential superstructures for pick-up vehicles.
This mini-caravan product came later, when the first prototypes were created in 2008 and serial production began in 2010. The inspiration was the USA, where the teardrop trailer has been popular since the forties of the last century. We believed that our customers would also love it. We wanted to be there when even Europeans discover what wonderful possibilities mini-caravans provide them.
Present
After years of development, we have managed to satisfy even the most demanding customers. We went through a difficult path from the prototype to debugging errors in production, through technology and quality problems, when we traveled all over Europe and fixed what we did not know based on our own experience. The next challenging step was the homologation process, which we finally successfully completed and became the holder of the European Global Type Approval, as an official global vehicle manufacturer.
Today, we managed to create a high-quality product that meets the highest criteria for its useful properties and has acquired a global dimension. This is not only thanks to our customers and dealers, but also thanks to our employees. Because when the entire company lives the corporate strategy, only then will we create the perfect mini-caravan. We are proud to have people from Asia to Australia traveling with our minivans.
